I love the way that coconut makes my skin feel — plump, soft, and supple. While ideal for dry and aging skin (virgin coconut oil is great for smoothing wrinkles!), even acne-prone skin can benefit from a coconut face mask. Try one of these homemade skin care recipes, whichever one is best for your skin type. Also, try adding coconut milk to smoothie recipes (coconut milk, cocoa powder, banana, raw honey, and ice is a personal favorite) and using nourishing coconut oil in place of butter for baking. Coconuts have vitamin C and E as well as zinc, all important beauty nutrients.
For a coconut mask for dry skin and for defeating fine lines use:
Whip all ingredients together with a fork or spoon and apply to a clean face. The banana adds some antioxidant action while the frankincense is good for cellular regeneration. Rinse off after 20 minutes, pat dry, and moisturize.
For a coconut face mask for acne, combine the anti-bacterial action of virgin coconut oil, raw honey, and tea tree.
For a powerful mask, use extra virgin coconut oil and manuka honey. Manuka is expensive, but it has strong anti-bacterial properties and plenty of amino acids and other nutrients to feed the skin and promote healing.
For sensitive skin use,
Stir all the ingredients together. Start by gently cleansing and patting the face dry, then apply. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, letting your skin drink in some serious coconut milk moisture. Oat and lavender both act to calm and soothe. Rinse with cool water and put on your facial moisturizer. Remember, for all coconut face masks, make sure your milk or oil is at room temperature before preparing.

I just know if it's oil can also be useful to create a mask acne
try it! moisturizing/balancing an oily complexion with coconut oil (and other oils like jojoba and argan) can help to tell your skin that it doesn't need to keep up the heavy oil production. it also has great antibacterial properties, esp. with EV coconut oil. the vitamin E is a bonus for promoting skin healing, a big plus for acne. just rinse well after use and continue with your normal cleansing/toning/moisturizing routine

I wrote this post - the recipes are from my book Natural Homemade Skincare Recipes (we do have an affiliate program btw) for recommending it too :)
can powdered coconut milk be used?
I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I really thought you'd have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you can fix if you weren't too busy seeking attention.
Manuka honey, like any other raw honey is a gift from the bees. Honey can cure your lots of problems . I think you are right, manuka honey can cure acne effectively. I don’t have acne problem but I have seen so many people who are still using honey to cure their face related problems. So, I do agree that by manuka honey anyone can get rid of acne .

Great info! I too use coconut for my skin problems the best thing about it is that its clears the spots of acne and the aging. But its too not good for oily skin, so I love to use lifecell all in one creamanddermology acne cream both of the products are totally natural and very effective for every skin type.
